    The purpose, main directions and ideas of scientific research.
    A brief description of the scientific and practical significance of the work.
    Brief description of the research methodology.
    The main results and analysis, conclusions of the research work.

    Practical significance of the results of the work.
    Keywords/phrases - 3-5 words in Russian, Kazakh and English.

    Next page (new):

    The introduction consists of the following main elements:
    The rationale for choosing a topic; the relevance of the topic or problem. The rationale for the selection of topics based on the description of the experience of our predecessors reported the presence of a problematic situation (the absence of any research, the emergence of a new object, etc.). The relevance of the topic is of General interest to the knowledge of the object, but the lack of comprehensive answers on your questions, it is proved by theoretical or practical importance of the topic.
    Define the object, subject, goals, objectives, methods, approaches, hypotheses, and meaning of your work. The purpose of the study is related to the proof of the thesis, that is, the presentation of the subject of the study in the aspect chosen by the author.
    Material and Methods-should consist of a description of the materials and the progress of the work, as well as a full description of the methods used.
    The characterization or description of the research material includes its presentation in qualitative and quantitative terms. The characteristics of the material are one of the factors that determine the reliability of the conclusions and methods of research.
    This section describes how the problem was studied: detailed information without repeating previously published established procedures; hardware (software) identification and description of materials are used, with mandatory novelty when using materials and methods.
    The scientific methodology should include:
    - research question (s);
    - proposed hypothesis (thesis);
    - stages of research;
    - research methods;
    - results of the study.
    The literature review section should cover fundamental and new works on the subject under study by foreign authors in English (at least 15 works), the analysis of these works in terms of their scientific contribution, as well as the gaps in the research that you add in your article.

    It is UNACCEPTABLE to have a lot of links that are not related to the work, or inappropriate judgments about your own achievements, links to your previous work.
    The Results and Discussion section provides an analysis and discussion of the research results you have received. Conclusions on the results obtained in the course of the study are given, the main essence is revealed. And this is one of the most important sections of the article. It is necessary to analyze the results of their work and discuss the relevant results in comparison with previous works, analyses and conclusions.
    Conclusion, conclusions-generalization and summing up of the work at this stage; confirmation of the truth of the proposed statement made by the author, and the author's conclusion about the change in scientific knowledge, taking into account the results obtained. Conclusions should not be abstract, they should be used to summarize the results of research in a particular scientific field, with a description of proposals or opportunities for further work.
    The structure of the conclusion should contain the following questions: What are the goals and methods of the study? What results were obtained? What are the conclusions? What are the prospects and opportunities for the implementation and application of the development?
    The list of used literature, or Bibliographic list, consists of at least 10 titles of literature for natural science and technical areas and 15 titles for socio-humanitarian areas, and of the total number of titles in English should be at least 50%. If there are works presented in Cyrillic in the list of references, it is necessary to submit the list of references in two versions: the first-in the original, the second – in the Romanized alphabet (transliteration).
    The romanized list of references should look like this: author (s) (transliteration) → (year in parentheses)→the title of the article in transliterated version [translation of the title of the article into English in square brackets], the name of the Russian-language source (transliteration, or English title-if available), the output data with the notation in English (translit.ru).
    For example: Gokhberg L., Kuznetsova T. (2011) Strategiya-2020: novye kontury rossiiskoi innovatsionnoi politiki [Strategy 2020: New Outlines of Innovation Policy]. Foresight-Russia, vol. 5, no 4, pp. 8–30. The list of references is presented in alphabetical order, and ONLY those works that are cited in the text.

    The style of the list of references in Russian and Kazakh according to GOST 7.1-2003 " Bibliographic record. Bibliographic description. General requirements and rules of the compilation".
    Style of design of the Romanized list of references, as well as sources in English (another foreign language) for socio-humanitarian areas - American Psychological Association (http://www.apastyle.org/), for science and technology – Chicago Style (chicagomanualofstyle.org).
    In this section, you should consider:
    The main scientific publications, advanced research methods that are used in this field of science and on which the author's work is based are cited.
    Avoid excessive self-citations.
    Avoid excessive references to the publications of the authors of the CIS/USSR, use the world experience.
    The bibliographic list should contain the fundamental and most relevant works published by well-known foreign authors and researchers on the topic of the article.
    References to the cited works in the text of the socio-humanitarian direction are given in parentheses, indicating the first author of the work, year of publication: page number (s). For Example, (Zaleski, 1991: 25). If there are several works of the same author published in the same year in the list of references, then the letter "a", "b", etc. is added in addition to the year of publication. For example, (Saduova, 2001a: 15), (Saduova, 2001b, 22). For natural science articles, references are made in square brackets, indicating the numbering as the cited works appear in the text.

 For bibliographic references, you can also use the Mendeley Reference Manager.
