Correct boundary value problems for 2-order in nonhomogeneous differential equation with variable coefficients

Abstract

The paper gives a complete description of everywhere solvable boundary value problems for a second-order inhomogeneous differential equation with variable coefficients on a segment. Then, everywhere solvable boundary value problems are written on the punctured segment. The resolvent formulas for the indicated boundary value problems are given.
