About one method of decision of task of optimal transition

Abstract

In the work on the basis of mathematical theory of optimal processes the necessary and sufficient conditions for possibility of passage from given point z0∈R\M to M were obtained. For one important class of controllable systems the optimum of passage time T(z0) was researched, the continuity of optimal controls was proved (i.e. controls realizing the optimal passage time).
